I had a pre-booked appointment to remove and redo extensions. He didn’t remove the nails, just ‘filled’ in the growth which left me with laughably lumpy, uneven nails. It was all very rushed, so corners were being cut with overall neatness - I left the salon with filing residue still attached to my nails. I asked if he can do a design, which was a plain no, so I had to suffice with a plain block colour, which was all over my hands when I left as well.
