They have a habit of over booking appointments, so this time I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my appointment to start! The polish quality isn't very good either. Usually they do a decent job but this time the quality just wasn't there.

Had a french manicure with normal polish. The manicure was good and nails were pretty, but the polish came off on all the nails the same evening. Very poor quality.

Left with manicure with bubbles all over. Colour on one nail completely slide off after leaving. Had to redo everything once I got home

The lady who did my nails was absolutely lovely! She asked me what I wanted and kept checking to make sure it was done well. Would have loved it if she was a bit more gentle though. Overall the nails look good.
