I have come here a few times before but will not be returning. I had a shellac manicure. The manicurist was distracted the entire time, spent most of the time watching the to screen. She overbuffed my nails, even after I told her to stop, so much so that one of them split, as far as the nail bed, and is extremely painful. When I made a complaint about this I was informed that it was my fault this had happened as my nails were too thin. However I have never had this issue before. The shape of the rest of my nails is extremely uneven and I had to file them myself when I got home. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because there were no issues with my pedicure.

Good value for money and lots of staff. Not the kind of place to worry about appointment times though so in general make sure you are flexible with timings or tell them that if don't have much time and they do their best to get you in quickly.
