I arrived on time for my appointment, had to wait approximately 25mns to be seen. Had a full set powder gel, looked nice but as it was busy the technician rushed to apply the polish.

Very bad experience. I paid for hot wax and more than half of the treatment was done with strip wax. I have marks on my skin now of where the strip wax took a bit of my skin off.
I'm very used to getting Holywood done as I get it done every month for more than 10 years now. And it was one of the most painful ones I had so far.
I tried to tell the lady that I didn't want strip wax straight away but she continued with strip wax regardless.
It seems like I can't trust most places I find on treatwell, unfortunately.
