I never leave reviews but feel as though I have to here.
The main problem I have with this salon is that every single treatment I have ever had here has taken minimum double the time stated which has meant I have been late for other appointments.
The gel manicures are far too thick, I went back to have infills and another beautician at the same salon commented at how thick they were.
I had a pedicure and the beautician forgot the foot massage, when I prompted her she gave a half hearted effort.
If you don'y pay before with Treatwell and pay on the day they only take cash which is not advertised.
The majority of the staff are rude.
It's a shame because it's a busy salon by the tube and people keep coming back so I doubt they will ever change.

Asked for a French manicure wasn't a proper manicure as literally sat fingers in water and rubbed cream on them once Before applying one coat of polish no base or top coat, chipped later that day.
