Upon arriving for my appointment I had to wait 15 minutes to start my pedi (not what you expect from making a booking 1 week before, but I wasn't too fussed).The pedi was rushed. Cuticles where not cut properly and the polish was not applied too well. The shellac turned out better, although upon requesting for there to be no gaps (my nails grow so quickly!) the technician got quite annoyed and kept saying it's not good like that, it'll come off etc. I did specify that it's fine it's how I'd like it and that I've had it done plenty of times this way... she continued but with a right attitude and rushed it from thereon. I wasn't impressed as the device
My overall experience was OK, but just that. Had this of not been at a discount price, I would have not paid at full price. No way.
