Very bad experience. I paid for hot wax and more than half of the treatment was done with strip wax. I have marks on my skin now of where the strip wax took a bit of my skin off.
I'm very used to getting Holywood done as I get it done every month for more than 10 years now. And it was one of the most painful ones I had so far.
I tried to tell the lady that I didn't want strip wax straight away but she continued with strip wax regardless.
It seems like I can't trust most places I find on treatwell, unfortunately.

The girl who did my mani-ped was the best I had at this place. She was very thorough, listened to what I had to and aimed to give me that result. She kept asking for feedback on her work and asking if I was happy with the results. I thought that was really professional and made me feel like having more control over the end result.
