Nails always pretty nice but unfortunately atmosphere terrible and staff incredibly rude. Noisy super packed and as a result appts always run at least 15 mins late so not ideal. If really stuck / tight in cash is good value otherwise pay extra for a nice experience

I’m disappointed to say that my experience here was very poor indeed. I was rushed through after waiting for 15mins with very little care taken whatsoever despite having booked ahead - I had a shellac pedicure which is fine & a shellac manicure, the manicure was started off in the pedicure area, so not particularly comfortable, the beautician caused my cuticles to bleed almost immediately and barely filed and tidied my nails before moving me to the main nail area, where she then managed to get nail varnish on my jumper! I have come away with messy and very substandard nails! I shall not be returning here.

Asked for a regular French manicure but was given shellac, despite me repeatedly saying I just wanted a regular manicure. The woman who did my nails, while seemingly very nice, didn't really speak English so it was very difficult to communicate with her. My nails look okay, although they are far squarer than I would have wanted, had I had the opportunity to ask. The venue itself was absolutely filthy, which doesn't make for a very relaxing experience.
