My experiences are often hit and miss. Sometimes I get an amazing job done (usually by the men) but occasionally, like on Monday, I found that a couple of my gel nails aren’t as they should be. It’s not bad enough to complain but I’m not 100% satisfied. The lady I had didn’t seem like she wanted to be there. Also it isn’t the cleanest of places, could do with a deep clean and buying some new equipment. I always end up going back because it’s so close to my house and it’s good value but it’s not the best place around.
Too busy to pay attention - even though I had booked an appointment they were taking walk ins and serving them before me, so I was 45 minutes waiting before being rushed into a dirty looking and old pedicure chair and left for another 10 minutes. Eventually someone arrived to do my pedicure which was a foot wash and file at the very best. Very little care on the cuticles and no foot scrub or massage to talk of. The polish was ok, but a little messy and I certainly didn’t feel pampered. It’s cheaper than average for a pedicure but I’d say it’s expensive what you get.
