Feel really upset and completely scammed. I booked for a single colour infill which £28. Had the whole service done to be then told it was £5 extra for shellac which they’d used (they did NOT ask me if this was ok just told me to pay more). Then the day after a huge chunk of the polish completely peels off my thumb it continues to peel and looks completely shoddy only 5 days later. I went back in to see if they would fix it today and was told I’d have to pay another £23 to fix their own mistake
