Very rude. Did her own thing on the shape and huffed when I asked for the original nail shape desired. Especially as did the infills in less than 30 mins. With shellac. Second time this has happened - last time I put it down to lockdown stress. They then told me at the end they used a different product to normal - although not asked for or told until after treatment - which is why I couldn’t have cream or cuticle oil. I won’t be returning.
