This is the 2nd time I have made an appointment at this salon and the 2nd time that I have had to wait over 20 minutes. What is the purpose of appointment times if these are not kept to? The hygiene in this salon also worries me - since covid, all other nail salons I have been to disinfect equipment in between appointments but it doesn't look like they do that here. My actual gel manicures themselves were both good but I will not be returning to this salon again due to wait times and hygiene.

Lingling gave me a beautiful shellac manicure and was very fast and efficient. The salon is clean and has a calm and relaxing feel to it. I love my nails as they r short and shiny and the service was fast. Thank you.

Pedicure was quick and it was not fully done. Drying the nails took more time than the pedicure. I would suggest this will be good for a quick pedicure but not for a full and relaxing pedicure.

My nails were done exactly how I wanted and I am really pleased with my nail growth now that LingLing has been doing my nails!
