Got overcharged for reason I couldn’t understand as I didn’t get any explanation

Delayed appointment by 30mins. Gel removed well, but manicure rushed and is basically useless after just 2 days.

They filed my nails down so much for a gel manicure that they are now bendy and paper thin. Getting the gel taken off elsewhere was a nightmare because my nails are so thin and fragile. Also they had a really limited colour/gel range so overall I wouldn’t ever go again
