Had an appointment at a specific time, that was confirmed on the same day over text message.
After waiting 30 min, I asked about waiting time, they said at least 30 min more. I left, went across the street, they could take me straight away and were great

“1hr” pedicure was over in 15/20mins. Basically ignored and rushed through asap. Wouldn’t go again.

A very poor pedicure and manicure. Done in a half hearted way. Kept answering the/her phone. Not very thorough. Exfoliation and taking dry/hard skin off was poor. Did not take long. Salon dirty. Won’t go again. Waste of time and money. Only went because the Nail Box in Kilburn was fully booked.

A no frills salon. That said, they fitted me in straight away and got my nails done within 15 mins! Quickest ever. Nails looked good.

I got gel nails in a lovely burgundy colour about a week and a half ago and yesterday one of my nails chipped. I was really happy with them and the customer service but this just feels like a waste of money sadly. Is there anything that can be done?
