I don’t understand the point in booking an appointment here. I booked for 9.30 so there wouldn’t be any delays or hold ups however the staff routinely take walk ins over their bookings as they know they will get more money. I’ve had to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time to be seen when I am booked in for the first appointment of the day. This resulted in my nails being rushed and uneven.
There are large gaps between my nail and my cuticle already and the nails are not flush with my nail.

I’m very happy with my acrylic nail extension. My therapist was very attentive and thorough. While she was doing my nails she was checking with me whether I was happy with shape, colour etc. Thank you!

Took my daughter and niece today to get their nails done, salon was busy but we got taken at our appointment time, also managed to fit a polish in for my youngest girl, all 3 girls so happy with their new nails. Fantastic salon, nail girl's are fabulous and nothing is ever a bother, clean safe environment and that's why I'm a returning customer. Thanks again.
