Eli was great! She kept asking me if I need a break (I was panicking a bit haha), she was very thorough and explained everything she was doing. She really put me at ease and she was incredibly fast without being sloppy (it's happened to me in the past with different aestheticians).

Had asked for stiletto black nails and got what looks like a swollen almond shape. the nail tech was distracted the whole time and cut up my cuticles and around my nails and i’m left with an infection. the whole place was overall really dirty and tools were used and unclean. i’m really disappointed and not understanding how there are so many good reviews? now having to be treated for the infection so overall an awful experience :(
