Extremely disappointed, Bita did not do my treatment. My eyebrow shape has been totally changed when i asked for a tidy up & asked her to stop trimming my brows& she said she was just cleaning them up. So disappointed tonight with my treatment

My therapist was actually Nazi who was as amazing and professional as always. She has good attention to detail and always makes me feel safe and comfortable in the salon. Would highly recommend Nazi for all treatments. Thank you Nazi x
