I had to wait outside in the freezing cold in the rain for 20 minutes despite having an appointment. It was clear that they had overbooked.
There was no social distancing inside and no one was asked to use hand sanitiser.

My nails are nice but didn’t try to start a conversation and we’re always picking up the phone during the appointment whilst doing my nails. Overall a not to bad experience good for the money

Talented nail artists - busy but not rushed. Was nervous as my first nail appointment but they look great for my mum's funeral service - thanks for a relaxing hour
