This salon can be very frustrating. I book with a particular therapist whom I trust to do the work. I get there and I’m told they are off that day or didn’t come in. This has happened a lot. This visit was frustrating because the outcome looks very amateurish. I got a gel builder and the finish is very lumpy and thick. Not happy but I don’t believe I will be going back to USA jails again. I really like Anna and that’s why I keep returning but I’m rarely happy with the outcome.
