I was pleased to be able to have a walk in appointment but having her talk to the other therapists in her own language made one feel very excluded.

I left a review previous review of my experience yesterday with therapist, however Anna (manager) contacted me disappointed at the service I had received and was very keen to rectify what had happened.
I went back today to see Anna & the standard was as expected & what I had always normally received from Anna & her team.
Very happy with service provided today by Anna and I will now have no issues returning.

Very disappointed after my visit this morning. I have been coming for years for waxing but don’t think I will be back.
Booked in for full bikini wax & underarms, I was in & out in 13 mins. That was after I told the lady she had missed lots of bits. She was also happy for me to leave with wax still left everywhere.
No care was taken & I felt like she was in rush to get me out the door!!
Unsure if management has changed or owner but I wont return & wouldn’t recommend to others!
