Staff were unfriendly, didn't make me feel welcome. Not asked if I had been in for a patch test. The girl kept getting the chemicals in my eyes and laughed when I told her. Some lashes haven't been touched at all, and some are twisted round each other. My eyes have been painful and red since I left thanks to the chemicals being put in my eyes. 2 days later they are starting to fall. Contacted for a refund but they wouldn't listen. Just refused. Lost a customer.

I had paid £40 through treatwell for soak off and new set French gel toes, and a biab new set as I could not find infill. I was shocked when leaving the salon that I had to pay a further £11. When I asked the therapist why she said it was because French is extra. So essentially it is £31 for a biab infill when a full new set is only £20. Nails are nice but very disappointing the overcharge.
