Staff were friendly and went out their way to ensure customer was satisfied. Loved my nails the technician did a good job.

I had an appointment, arrived on time, let them know that I was there for an appointment but disregarded.
I had to wait 25 mins, which was annoying as I had an appointment but still, they took more people in.
As they were closing soon, the service was rushed, Station not cleaned between customers.
The service was ok.
