Lady made my eyebrows too thin- didn’t follow its natural line. It was painful and Got wax all over my lip. I asked for hot wax and she said that “it’s now cold” but that’s not acceptable for a client- surely you should just warm it back up?
My eyebrows have been ruined. Will take months to get them back to how they should be. Disappointed to say the least.

Really friendly , efficient and competent. Result was fabulous

Usual excellent standard of manicure, it was early on a Monday, so I was the only client. The team were at their stations, prepped and ready, conversations were amicable, and some good music playing.
