Acrylic nails are bumpy and uneven, put tip on without agreement, get charged more every time for a plain nail when my friend who books the service as me doesn’t pay more & she gets designs. Staff argued I only paid £25 for polish and not extensions

I am never disappointed with Ana and her team. This was my first appointment with Rose and my word she went over and above. I always go in with a vague idea of what I want but Rose nailed it with her own designs. can't recommend enough.
