Had an appointment booked and when I arrived it was really busy! I had to wait 30 mins after my appointment was meant to start, and I’m sure a few people were accidentally sat before me, but when they realised their mistake they were very apologetic!

The biab is always great from here and always lasts for ages. Loved my double French pink fingers with hot pink toes. Sophia was excellent and very friendly
