I am a regular customer and always write positive reviews (twice monthly for years). However, this time I left the salon not impressed. I had gel removal and french pedicure. When removing my previous red gel polish, the staff member drilled too deep and caused me to bleed. She blamed this on existing bruise rather than admitting to damaging the nail. She continued to apply polish despite the bleeding and had to remove/reapply due to persistent bleeding from the centre of the nail.
