I went to USA nails before my sisters wedding and it was awful. I told Zara that the machine she was using was hurting me but she didn’t seem to care, then she proceeded to roughly cut my cuticals which hurt even more and now I am left with extremely painful cuts in my nail beds. I can barely touch my nails because it hurts so much, they are bright red, very irritated and will probably scab. Not the type of experience you want before your sisters wedding or any event really. Will not be back.

I’ve been going to Zara for Hollywood waxing which is always great. Today I had my first eyelash lift and eyebrow wax/tint by Zara. Beautiful lashes and eyebrows, very happy, highly recommend ☺️
