I had a gel pedicure on Friday and on Saturday morning the gel had lifted. I messaged them to let them know and the reply was that 'sometimes the gel is not dry'. I was going away that weekend and had to go with my nails looking awful. I permanently have gel on and I have never had an issue with gel not being cured correctly, I was not offered a refund (i only asked for partial for the gel, the pedicure was fine). I won't be back to this salon, I'll stick to Partick.
