I have been here a few times for treatments and thought it was really good but this time has put me off completely, wax strips were dropped on the floor and put back in with the clean ones. Young girls hair was ver long and hung over me as she was waxing. I had to ask for after waxing cream to be applied to my stinging lip/chin. Not my best experience.
