Unfortunately the wax was too hot and brought too far down so I now have 2 swollen scabbed areas where the skin has been ripped off my eyelid area. This is the first bad experience I have ever had in here and I have been a customer for years.

Found my nail experience good although I did feel slightly awkward. There was not much chat between technician and myself which is totally unusual as I've used salon for a while now. Don't get me wrong my nails were as I wanted although one broke two days later but these things can happen. Personally I've had better experiences with other nail technicians. This is only my experience on particular visit. Lovely lady, very professional but no interaction 😕
