I was left with lots of hairs on my legs. When I told Tina this she was very dismissive and annoyed. I’ve had leg waxes done for years and never had this result. If hairs were left previously the therapist would pluck them out. She then gave me my money back but shouted at me through the shop not to do this again to another salon. I did not accept the money, I am more than happy to pay for treatments and in no way was looking for a freebie! I then spent 30mins plucking hairs out at home!!
