So I booked eyebrow wax for 5. 30pm as I work full time and can't get in for earlier appt. Eyebrow wax appointment allows 10 minutes. The woman took 1 and a half minutes to wax my eyebrows, very obviously in a mad rush to get out of the salon. I felt like she had ripped my skin off, it was so painful as wax was very hot. No tweezers used to tidy them up, so you can imagine the state they were in. I put ice on them when I got home and some aloe gel. Never again. £8 and def no tip!
