We never had manicures or pedicures and the staff were very patient with us. They don’t really use normal nail varnish much, so our manicures started to come off the same day. We were recommended shellac instead, but that seemed like too much effort.

The salon workers were very friendly and patient with us, but I don’t recommend going there for the normal varnish nail art, as it’s not something they really do. They attempted it anyway, but it started to come off immediately.

My gel polish removal & file & polish were done well. I’d booked it that afternoon for 5pm for £17. The site said it’d be 20 mins for each, perfect as I had to leave at 5.45. I got there at 5pm; all 3 people working there were busy. One said hello; when I said I’d a 5pm appt, asked me to take a seat. For the next 15mins nobody said anything to me & didn’t seem to be aware of my booking. When seen she did it well & quickly but tried to charge me £23 claiming the price had changed since booking!
