I was there 20mins before my appointment and got seen straight away, the girl doing my nails was lovely got exactly what I asked for, very happy with my nails

It was very unpleasent and unhygienic. I saw the nail-artists share instruments between customers. it happened to me personally Sara was missing an equipment and she got it from the customer’s kit next to me. I was really traumatised to see this & experience it. Yet I was giving it the benefit of the doubt but now as a healthcare worker I’m very afraid that I might get a blood borne virus from this manicute. As sara when she was removing the cuticle she injured me and it started bleeding.
