Booked and prepaid for a 9:30am pedicure. Arrived on time, but they said they couldn’t find my booking. Agreed to wait for a 10am slot, then was told they couldn’t take me at all as someone else had also booked 9:30. No empathy shown — they blamed Treatwell and didn’t try to help. Wasted my time and I left with no treatment. Really disappointing.

THEY DONT USE TREATWELL. DON’T BOOK. Booked via Treatwell. Was told on arrival that they don’t use Treatwell anymore so was asked to pay them in store and refund the Treatwell booking. Still trying to do that.
Then on top of that they have a £10 minimum card spend so had to go to a cash point and come back.

For hair colour and the roots the patch test is required and is free for 24 hours to 48hours
And also for eyelash and eyebrow tinting patch test required before 24 hours
and make up and head up and Hannah Mehndi is good to discuss when you come here then price is negotiable
