Had an excellent cut, conditioning treatment and blow dry. Specially wanted a really good, professional cut, and that was what I got. My hair had been overgrown and untidy when I entered; I left looking, and feeling, great. I liked the forest scene decor near the washbasin and enjoyed the massage chair while my hair was being washed. Also appreciated the soothing music with birdsong - a lovely touch! Admired the beautiful ornamental chest of drawers and huge full length mirror, but in general I found the main part of the salon a little empty and bleak on a cold, wet morning. I was offered a hot drink but declined, as I had an early lunch date after my appointment. I was delighted with the end result and made another appointment with confidence right away.
Nice salon. Loved the back massage chair while I was having my hair washed - only downside was that it was on a timer and stopped working while I was waiting with my conditioning treatment on. Mentioned this to stylist but she didn't turn it back in again.
