It was my first time here and I was put at ease. I arrived quite late to my appointment, but Ursula made sure I was seen to. I loved sitting in the massage chair whilst getting my hair washed and the hair cut was also very nice.
An efficient if not very warm welcome. The wash and conditioning treatment were good. My hair was not divided in to 4 clear sections to enable accurate cutting of layers. The hair should be combed right from the roots and held firmly and then cut at a 45% angle for perfect cutting. The blow dry looked OK when it was finished but an odd juggling of two brushes in one hand whilst trying to blow dry was unusual. However good value for money and a lovely coffee too. Overall a good local salon.
Overall I was quite happy, cut and blow dry were good, massage chair whilst having hair washed was a nice touch.
Lovely salon with great staff. Gel nails were good but the colour application wasn't as precise as I've had before. However they still look great and it's great value! Thank you.
A unique experience! My hairdresser was very friendly and welcoming, and I came away feeling very happy about my new 'do.
