The massage was great but I would prefer if you did not talk so much about prices and trying to sell other treatments during the massage as that could be a bit stressful, at least for me. It would be recommended that you save that to after the treatment. Otherwise was it really good and I am happy with my visit.

Not the most glamorous or particularly clean environment, in need of a slight refurb. Conditioning treatment was really nice, and the haircut was really well done. Ursula listened to me and gave me a haircut that really suits me. The blow dry wasn't great and my hair was quite limp after a few hours, but overall I'm happy as the haircut was done so well. I booked a haircut/blowdry/conditioning treatment for £28, so good value for money in my mind, although I wouldn't spend any more due to the not so relaxing ambiance.

I actually booked a Swedish massage for my boyfriend, he has back issues and I thought it would be a nice treat. He was really happy with the massage. It started off quite soft but as the lady found more knots she asked if he wanted something a bit deeper which was exactly what he needed. He was made to feel very comfortable and he's thinking of booking a sports massage more regularly after the good advice he received.
