There are two options in the price list. Brazilian blowout and brazilian blowout and finish(for new customer). I booked the brazilian blowout and finish, the stylist cut my fringe, after getting my hair done, she asked me to pay extra for the hair cut which should be included in the booking already. I checked on the blowout service against the instruction on her treatwell menu, I had no hair product or serum applied about ironing as stated in the instruction. Would not recommend to go.

Such a great massage, really good, just the right amount of pressure and managed to release a load of knots in my shoulders. Will definitely re book and make it a regular thing, thank you!!

Loved my visit to Ursula T. The room was beautiful with lights and candles and the therapist asked about how I like my massage. Fab experience which I will definitely repeat.
