Right now I should be having a treatment that I booked this morning for 12.45pm - except when I turned up at 12.20pm the shutters of the salon were down. I waited on the street till 1pm, but nobody turned up. What a terrible experience.
I arrived and the therapist didnt know i was booked in due to a mix up in bookings. However this was sorted out and the microdermabrasion was good. She was talkative and advised me on products to use regarding my oily/acne skin. She was helpful and even tried to get me a sample of cream for the products she suggested.

Had a half head highlights, treatment, restyle & blow dry. Really pleased with my hair. Ursula & her staff are lovely. Highly recommend.
