Good afternoon the appointment was cancelled on 3/08/81 by text from Ursula T no offer of another appointment, went on line book for 6/08/18 yet again cancelled by text message as hairstylist was not available no offer of another date.think treat well should not make appointments that are not being kept should contact Ursula t South Croydon to find out why two appointments cancelled with no recommendation for another date very poor customer Service would not recommend Ursula T South Croydon to anyone and treat well should be able to follow up on their bookings
