[Post-COVID review] Arti made sure both of us followed the updated safety guidance throughout the session. As I entered the venue, she warmly welcomed me and guided me directly to the basin to wash my hands before the treatment (she also encouraged me to wash it after the treatment just in case!). She also made sure the appointments were not crammed to reduce any potential contact between clients. It was still very pleasant but at the same time, safe. Thank you, Arti!
