Quite a funny venue inside a Pilates studio and hearing the music and teacher from the class but it was clean and fine.
The therapist was kind and caring and gentle and genuinely wanted me as a customer to be happy with the experience. She took her time but did come home to see a couple of hairs that were missed but would definitely go back.

I told Arthi that I always had really bad experiences with Brazilian waxes, and she went above and beyond to make sure that it was not extremely painful and that the removal was done in a way that wouldn't leave painful bumps. This was also one of the most thorough Brazilian waxes I ever had.
