She was really nice and reassuring, constantly making sure I was alright. However the same stick was used repeatedly in wax that was clearly to be used for other customers. No pre-wax treatment to prepare the area so the hairs were tougher and not easily removed, causing more pain than needed and not all hairs were removed.
