The venue is small, and could be difficult to find, but I was sent a text message ahead of my appointment with details of how to find the room. Even though it's small it is comfortable and clean. There was no waiting. Arti is lovely, kind and very reassuring. The wax was quick and Arti was very professional which helped me feel very calm. She was very knowledgeable. You're in good hands with Arti and I will return!
