From historical experience from other Thai massages; having the bar on the top for the person to hold onto and walk on your back and/or crack your back has been slightly better overall, perhaps something you can consider.

Gorgeous small spa in the middle of Westbourne. Cant fault the service. The massage was great. Only small criticism is quite noisy when other guests are coming and going. I will absolutely use again and would recommend.
