My movement was extremely bad in my back neck and shoulders. The therapist explained she would need to work from my hip all the way up because of the tightness and this would help to relieve my neck and shoulders. She was right the massage was extremely painful but the benefits have most definitely help, I would recommend her again as my shoulders and neck have more movement and less pain thank you
