I received a 90-minute massage as a Christmas gift from my husband. I chose the Urelax option which was amazing. My therapist was very engaging and took the time to confirm my pressure comfort level and if I had any special places I wanted her to focus on.
The room temperature was perfect and they played soft spa music. The only downside was that there was a bit of background noise from a neighbouring toilet that shared a wall with my massage room. Perhaps another room would've been quiet
