The only thing I can fault is the experience was so relaxing however a lot of noise was heard from outside the room .. doors banging people talking loudly

Facial and head massage fantastic, staff very friendly and welcoming...
...but there only a thin wall, with no sound proofing between the two rooms downstairs. This means you can hear every word of the conversation in the room next door. It can be distracting and felt a little lacking in privacy because of this.
