Urelax is a very clean and well looked after space, you feel relaxed as soon as you enter for the busy street. The rooms are warm and very clean with a very tranquil atmosphere. I have always had fantastic massages here and all the little details are thought about. This massage was not the best I’d had though, the head massage was not very dynamic and was just 30mins of the same movement over and over again in the same place, not like Indian head massages I have had at Urelax before

Firstly a very smiley, pleasant and polite receptionist. Then I had a relaxing massage with "O", it was without doubt the best massage I've ever had. O is clearly a top class, professional masseuse but more than that she is very polite and caring and gentle, a really lovely girl. I would highly recommend her but I don't want everyone booking her up so I can't get an appointment
