It was only the second massage I have ever had., The first was alongside my wife. I then had two weeks of no back pain, which had previously become a constant.
The staff are great, and make you feel really welcome, relaxed and comfortable. The hour goes by really quickly, and I'm thinking to book for longer next time.
I'd definitely recommend them for anybody.

My therapist was amazing. She spent quite a bit of time on my problem areas and by the end of the treatment I was able to move my shoulder in a way I haven’t been able to in quite some time. I highly recommend!
